If your holiday plans change and you've booked your yacht months in advance, you can cancel your booking up to 7 days before your planned trip. Just send us an email at booking@saymynameyachting.com with your booking name, and we'll refund your money. For more questions, feel free to reach out to us via email.
Are children allowed on the yachts?
All our boats are child-friendly and our NautiBuoy floating platform offers plenty of room for your loved ones to let off steam. Our team will ensure that appropriate life jackets are available on board. Children under the age of ten must have a parent or guardian present. Please let us know, if children under six years of age will be with you, so we can prepare to have a special safety equipment on board.
What happens when the weather is bad?
Bad days are rare in Ibiza's summer. However, in case of unfit weather, we will be happy to rebook your charter. If this is not possible, the full amount will be refunded.
When does the charter start?
A charter day comprises 8 hours. This can be selected variably in the time between 10.00 am and 10.00 pm. Should the eight hours pass too quickly, you can spend more time on board in consultation with the staff, and for an additional charge of 150 euros per hour.
What is included in the price?
The total price includes the captain, fuel, towels, snorkel equipment, a Seabob and the minibar. The 21% of VAT is already included in our charter prices.
How does the payment work?
To confirm the booking you can pay the amount via PayPal, Apple, Google Pay or credit card. If desired, the amount can also be paid by bank transfer. Please discuss this in advance with your Advisor, so the reservation can be extended for the bank working days.
